Job description
The Chief of Staff (CEO Office) provides direct executive and personal support to the CEO while progressively taking responsibility for operational coordination and project control. In the initial phase, the role functions as the CEO’s executive and personal assistant, ensuring effective time management, organization, and continuity.
As the firm grows, the role evolves into an operations-focused Chief of Staff position, supporting project execution, internal coordination, and client operational follow-up under the CEO’s direction.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and logistics.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Prepare briefing materials and follow-up actions.
- Track consulting projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with associates and external partners.
- Support client communication and reporting as delegated.
- Ensure operational continuity during CEO travel or high workload periods.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in executive assistance, operations, or consulting support roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to grow into broader operational responsibilities over time.
